Single family mobile home in an excellent neighborhood. Beautiful full trees line the streets, a wonderful and well maintained pool, great neighbors, quiet, peaceful and safe. The clubhouse has a large rentable hall, weight room and a sauna. You are several yards (right across the street) from Addison Oaks county park, and around a mile from Bald Mountain state park, as well as several Oakland township parks within a short drive. The house has a well lit, and good sized kitchen. The kitchen is attached to a large dining room (which can be converted into a large bedroom), and a very large living room. The hall leads to the master bedroom (recently painted and had laminate floors installed), and a nice sized second bedroom. The master bedroom also has a private full bath. The main bath is off of the hall as well. The home has a new furnace (about 2 years) and the central air was just charged as well and keeps the home cool on hot days. The house does have some wear. We were doing some of the upgrades, but we had to move before we could finish. It does need new shingles, as it has a leak in the living room. The bathroom floor needs to be either retiled, or finished. The carpet, though functional, has had a lot of use and could use replacing (living room and hall). Also, although the shower plumbing is all good, it does need some fixtures to get working again. The home comes with all appliances. Some of them do have some wear, but all are working well.
