    Older Craftsman in westside Santa Cruz on quiet street. Well maintained. Recently remodeled with new electrical, plumbing, appliances, etc.. Landlord lives next door and takes care of the garden for both houses. Large Master bedroom with connected bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom opens to large deck overlooking the backyard. Second smaller bedroom with adjacent bath. Stacked Washer/dryer in house. There is a very small one car garage on the property that is shared with the landlord, primarily for storage. There is a long driveway with offstreet parking. There is an abundance of flowers and a large vegetable garden that we share with the tenants and neighbors.We have removed the fence between the two houses so while the backyard is very nice and quiet, it is not totally private. There is a seasonal stream in the backyard. There is a no pet policy and there are no exceptions. Sorry about that. We have a cat who rules the yard and another neighbor cat who will regularly try to visit you. Applicants must have good credit and good references from previous housing. We are happy to share references from our previous Tenant pays utilities
