My mom lived here for 12 years and loved the quiet street and floor plan. The house needs some TLC but is a good home. If I don’t sell it (January 2020) my plan is to fix it up and sell it for more. This is priced to sell as is. UPDATE- I have started repairing the house. The Sheetrock will be resurfaced with a new texture and the popcorn ceilings will be removed. The outside has also started to be repaired. I have a punch list and will begin repairing things and updating the selling price accordingly.
