2 bedroom 1 bath apartment available in Center, ND for $850 plus MDU. Security deposit is the same as one month rent. Pets are allowed with a pet agreement and pet rent of $100/per month per pet. Must sign pet agreement and follow pet rules completely. The standard lease is 2 years and preference will be given to longer-term tenants. Credit checks and background checks are performed. The building will be a secure building requiring all visitors to call ahead. Staff will be onsite for the next several weeks (as possible) preparing the final touches of the apartments and are available to show by appointment only, depending on weather and availability of staff.
