Rent is $735 a month and includes heat, hot water and sewer. Laundry facility available at no charge (shared with one other tenant). The tenant is responsible for paying borough utilities, which average $35-50 a month. This is a GREAT apartment and the only reason that I am moving is because I am buying a house.
