Large Master bedroom with private bathroom and walking closet, it's shared by 3 people in total. But those two rooms are not rented at this moment. no pets , no smoking in the home and we require a clean background check for everyone in the home to ensure that everyone will be comfortable and safe. You'll have 1 designated parking spot and all utilities are included in the rent. There's a backyard, free for everyone to use. The occasional overnight guest is just fine but in moderation. There's a washer/dryer in the home as well. I am not a baby sitter so the only thing I ask is everyone remain respectful of each other and the space. I'm looking for mature easy going adults. I believe the rest is pretty much self explanatory . There's garage storage for everyone to use. If you have a bike or suitcase ( large item ) that you may need space for.
