The last tenant who lived here over 10 years, used this room as a bedroom for their child. The bedrooms, bath and bonus room are on the third floor. This is a no smoking, no vaping and no pet unit. The reason we are not posting pictures now, we are still in process of renovation and this apartment should be ready to go by October 1 Rent is 1495… per month, plus electric. We will provide gas heat, water & sewer, and trash removal. Sorry, we are presently not accepting section 8 housing vouchers. ???? sign your lease, and have your deposit in by September 30, and the first month rent is 700????
