This special offer is intended for tenant(s) who is(are) interested to stay in Wilmington historic district for a short period of time ( from early April until end September 2022). This charming apartment is located on the ground floor, with a small shared terrace and garden. In exchange for a ridiculously low rent (regular rate would be at least 1,300$ + utilities) he/she will be expected to help refurbish the apartment as a qualified handyman/woman. Work to be done during his/her stay includes : to complete the kitchen (mainly move and install appliances) ,clean ceiling and walls , paint these ( paint and color will be supplied), then clean the floors , sand and varnish them. We also expect him/her to install new window blinds (supplied by us), perform some minor repairs, as well as clean and organize the backyard to make it look clean and nice. The bathroom has been redone ( just needs to be painted) the kitchen is in process but should be more or less operative when you move in . . Situated in the heart of the highly desirable Historic District , very quiet and safe . As it is something particular , don t hesitate in calling for a visit . Come to see it....
