Very easy to maintain. We lived here for 3.5 years. If we wanted to keep living in an apartment, we would have stayed here forever. Maintenance is fast and community is friendly! Porch, kitchen, bathroom included (pictures of them are in the link below). This rental does not currently have the updated kitchen and bathroom but will be updated as soon as someone is interested. The updated kitchen has a stainless steel fridge and granite counters-check for the updated photos of the kitchen in the link below): Heat is included! pets allowed, no smoking, easy going landlord,pay for water every three months (about 50 dollars every three months)
