This two story town home may be the nicest in the entire complex. It was completely redone in 2011. The kitchen has new cabinets, appliances and granite counter tops. All the baths have granite vanity tops. The A/C was replaced in 2009. Both bedroom are large and the Master has a huge walk in closet and the master Bath has a double sink vanity. This friendly complex is close to everything. Bike to the beach, walk to Publix and Carrabba's. Tropic Villas North is not age restricted and is close to schools. The unit has a dedicated parking spot and there are plenty of guest spots. The complex also has a great rec room and a gigantic pool.
