very short Walk to train that goes direct to Center City (30 minutes) and Airport (60 minutes). Walk to local eateries and Grocery Store. Owning and insuring a car is not a hassle or expensive. The neighborhood is safe. I am very pleased with the Abington School District. Often, an affordable neighborhood where you can walk to good pulic trans and businesses means you will have to worry about your car getting broken into. This is NOT the case with Abington / Roslyn.
