The Zillow estimate for this and other oceanfront properties in Ocean City is flawed. Zillow uses area comparables to determine value. The building next door does not have the same view, building amenities or views and may be worth thousands more or less. The square foot cost for 2 BR sales in the Carousel during the last year was $380/square foot. The Zillow valuation of this unit was set at less than $260/square foot. Why?
