You MUST pick up after your pet, whether indoors, in the yard, or out on a walk. You are responsible for any and all damages caused by your pet. Full deposit(s) and any fees must be paid in full at time of lease signing. First month's rent is required at least 3 days prior to move-in. Rent is not accepted via Venmo or PayPal. Exterior security cameras, including Ring doorbell, are on-site and may not be tampered with. Tenant does not have the right to enter into or make modifications of any kind to any service agreements either existing or entered into between property owner and service contractors. This is including but not limited to pest control, lawn care, housekeeping services, HVAC servicing, home repair/maintenance services, and the like. Check out is at 11am. Our cleaning team promptly arrives to prepare for our next guests. Any violation of this will result in a $500 late checkout fee, and the cleaners will still enter the home as scheduled. IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN, IT WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FEES.
