This is an A-frame cabin on the Columbia River within a floating home community. The house itself is about 1000 sq. feet, but the slip space/decking extend the living area considerably. This is one of the largest slip spaces in the community. It is an open concept with the living room and kitchen down on the main floor along with a separate little office and closet. There is a stacked washer and dryer combo on the main floor. There is one bathroom with a shower on the main floor. Upstairs is a large loft where I have a king sized bed. The outdoor attached deck is huge and on the best side of the community facing the open river. Patio furniture and umbrellas will stay unless we work out a different arrangement. A brand new elliptical machine can be kept if desired, but I can also move it out if unwanted. Well-behaved pets allowed. There is a lovely park up at the top of the ramp called Lotus Isle Park where everyone walks their pets. Christmas ships go right by the deck in the winter. You can also keep your boat right here at the deck. This is a gated community with a gated parking lot for two cars. This would be a great spot for a water loving couple or single or perhaps a travel nurse. Rent can be month to month, but I'm hoping for someone willing to sign at least a 6- to 9-month lease, year or more. Water, sewer garbage included. Electric and Wifi bills are yours. There is the potential for the house to be rented without furniture. I would be open to considering it. Contact me for more info.
