Do not get scammed by anyone requiring a fee to get a list of properties, lists are free. Do not get scammed by people requiring you to pay via western union to get a key. If you are not in direct contact with Eric Pinaya and cell number and meet in person at property and at my office, then you are getting scammed. Be careful and good luck. Property is back on market. Anyone that asks to fill out application before viewing property will be deleted. You don't fill out an application when you haven't seen the property. I will not pull credit if your application might not qualify, to save you time from paying application fee. I will not accept applicants to pull and deliver their own credit reports. We are looking for whichever application will have the best qualification. Please be aware that credit and proof of income is very important. Once approved, full payment is due deposit and rent. We will not wait for approval of any sort to get rent covered. Qualification is based on full income made aside from any type of assistance. Any income earned by assistance does not qualify as income. We will not accept applicants who cannot qualify and want to use a co-signors proof of income but not be on the lease agreement. Make sure you understand these guidelines before submitting a request to view property.
