Hello! I'm renting a room at Heritage Estates. We are located 5-10 minutes from the Waterford Lakes Mall, 15 minutes from both UCF and Valencia East Campus. And about 20 minutes from downtown Orlando. The apartment is a 3x2 setup where the bathroom would be shared. Right now 1 female lives here. Female roommates are preferred but either gender is fine as long as the future tenant is financially responsible and helps keep common areas clean :D I am easy going and most of the time I'm working and go to school so generally the environment is very quiet since I'm studying/reading or occasionally gaming. I also have a pet bunny who is afraid of dogs.
