This Cabin is a cute rustic cabin set in the mountains of Virginia.This is a real cabin built almost 75 years ago... so it will have a real cabin feel, which means it is not perfect. Again, this cabin is not perfect. The screen porch needs to be completely redone with new screen. The inside of the cabin is cute already though and the setting is certainly beautiful with lots of hiking trails, biking, fishing and outdoor adventures to be had nearby. There is room for a king size bed in the bedroom (studio style). The floor plan is open (loft/studio style), but there is a curtain that can be closed in the bedroom for privacy if multiple people are staying. There is also a cute loft with sleeping for older kids, teenagers or the fun loving adult. During snow or ice or after heavy rains the roads can at times be muddy. We just want our renters to know that mountain roads are not perfect by any means (they are gravel or shale). You can always park at the parking space at the bottom if you'd like to too. tenant pays utilities
