The part-time housemate is a start-up executive who travels extensively. If you work from home, it's expected that online meetings and calls are held inside our private rooms, and shared areas are meant for quiet relaxation. IDEAL HOUSEMATE PROFILE We're looking for a third housemate who is independent, quiet, tidy and clean (we have a shoes off inside condo policy), drug-free, pet-free, and drama-free. Like us, this housemate enjoys socializing outside the condo but prefers their home to be a quiet, relaxing retreat. Social gatherings in the condo might be the occasional but infrequent small dinner or rooftop gathering.
