This apartment has a great balcony and is conveniently located in the back of the complex. The apartment comes with an in-unit washer/dryer and the inside is pretty spacious. It makes for a perfect college apartment. All utilities are included but power has a cap. (It's hard to go over the cap) The apartment is also fully furnished. There's a shuttle to campus and a whole variety of amenities. This is by far one of the best deals around here. Looking for someone to take over a lease at The Pointe at Central for the 2021-2022 school year. Rent is $675 per month (One of the cheapest rates available) and lasts from 8/01/2021 - 7/31/2022. You have to have renter's insurance and the process of lease transfer will be $150 on your end. (It's $350 on mine!)
