With joy and sadness, we are downsizing. This is a great find if you are looking for a home that gives you a feeling of quiet and security and plenty of outdoor parklike ambience. Great mother/daughter plan. Most of the home has been remodeled and brought into the NOW generation. All the rooms are large with beautiful capturing outside views. The older architecture gives the place a homey feeling. My favorite, the laundry shoot from bedroon floor straight to laundry. Solar tubes in interior bath and kitchen pull in the natural sun. Storage is a lollapoluza - more than enough. Having a spacious eat-in kitchen is a must -the heart of the home. You must come and see the rest of this place - you'll fall in love with it...........
