Wipe down counters, stovetop, and sink after cooking. No leaving food out this prevents pests. 3. Kitchen Rules You will have your own labeled shelves for food storage. Only use your assigned space. Label all personal food items. No taking or using anything that isn't yours. 4. Bathrooms Leave the bathroom clean for the next person. Remove hair from shower drains. Keep personal items stored neatly. 5. Guests No overnight guests without written permission. Daytime visitors are allowed but must respect the home. You are responsible for your guests' behavior and any damages. 6. Smoking / Vaping / Substances No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking outside only away from doors and windows. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. 7. Safety & Security Keep doors locked at all times. Do not give out the entry code to anyone. No weapons of any kind on the property. Report any suspicious activity immediately. 8. Payments Rent is due every Friday (or on your agreed schedule). Late fees may apply after 24 hours. Failure to pay on time puts your room at risk. 9. Damages You are responsible for damages you cause. Notify management ASAP if something breaks so it can be repaired. 10. Prohibited Behavior No illegal activity. No violence, threats, or harassment of any kind. No excessive alcohol misuse or disruptive behavior. 11. Pets Pets allowed only in designated pet-friendly units and must be approved first. Owners must clean up after pets inside and outside the property. 12. Move-Out Minimum 7-day notice required. Room must be cleaned and returned to original condition to receive deposit refund. All keys, codes, and property must be returned.
