The house is in a fixer-up condition. Entire house needs painting, electrical and plumbing need to be brought up to code, the drying needs to be vented ~30 feet to the outside wall. None of the kitchen appliances are working, the kitchen and the 1.75 bathrooms need to be updated to be usable. All the flooring needs to be replaced; the laundry room floor is coming off the kitchen flooring is torn and the carpet though out the house needs to be replaced or cleaned and stretched out the wrinkles in it. The condo is very dirty, including baseboards, carpet. I bought it as a fixer upper, then became disable and it has continued to deteriorate over the last 4 years. It need at least $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 work to make it livable and up to code. In additional, the neighbors that live above me are noisy.
