The screening company checks the Rental reference, criminal background, employment history, verifies income and credit history. Credit is looked at but is not a determining factor. The total combined gross monthly Income must be at least three (3) times the amount of monthly rent (e.g. $825 monthly rent x 3 =$2,475 monthly Income). Owner pays sewer. Tenant pays water, trash, grass cutting and snow removal. All prospective tenants will be subject to a background check and rental history verification by a third party screening company.
