A beautiful home. Good neighborhoods. 1 1/2 year old heat and air unit. Stove has venting underneath. Carbon water filter underneath the house that never needs filter change it flushes every 2 weeks on its own. Cable is ran through all the house for Directv. Internet to use is Centrelink. Love the Balcony/Patio. You can sit outside and never be blinded by the sun. Love the front porch and yes sun does hit it there but you always have the back to go to. :) The pond is shared with the neighbor. Water hookup outside in front, side, and back yard. Plug ins out side in front and back yard. Phone signal is great. 4 beds and 3 bath is great for a family that needs the space.
