Our house is fully furnished and we pay utilities. It has a king bed in each bedroom and two twin mattresses in the loft. The house is really close to Newman Lake in Washington and we have a nice view of the lake off the front deck. The floor plan is nice and open and everything is in good condition. It's in a quiet, very safe neighborhood and you would have access to the private beach area (just a short walk down our road) and can use our boat slip. The house is backed up against a belt of large evergreen trees. The house is heated with electric wall heaters and has two standing A/C units. There is enough room in the driveway for two cars. The shop beside House is not for rent and is on a separate lot. We are looking to rent until next July or possibly longer. Owner pays for sewer, water and electricity but not for garbage service and internet. Occupancy for four people or less. No smoking or vaping. No big parties or events. There is parking for two cars in the driveway. $1800 deposit upon moving in. We would consider pets for an additional $1800 pet deposit. We are looking to rent the house until July 2027 or possibly longer if interested. We are looking for someone willing to keep our house and yard clean and kept.
