The living room and dining rooms are big, and there are mud rooms from the kitchen and from the front of the house. There is a spacious basement in this house, even, for extra storage! The rent is $232.50 for each individual person in a FOUR PERSON GROUP. HOWEVER, price is set to change if it is 3 people or 2 people. Bill payments for two people (water, gas, and electric) are about $200/mo for us since we live in the house as a couple. Tenants are responsible for paying each part of the rent, as well as paying for utilities.
