Tenant(s) will need good financial, credit and references. No criminal record. Landlord upon annual lease renewal will limit rent increases to just cost increases for 4 years, not market increases Tenants pay only for electricity which runs the fan for the heat/ac, the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.
