Original house with some upgrades in the 50's, 70's & 80's. Updated well in 2015. Electrical box, breakers& installed new wiring for dryer, well & cooler & cooler/ac in 2013. Wall heater needs to be replaced with different style of heating. Pg&e was unable to repair heater due to the unavailability of parts needed to make operational. Needs new roof, windows, paint inside& out from deteriorated leaking roof damage. Master bedroom needs roof, wall, electrical, repair from fire damage/water damage in 2020.
