The home on Robin Hood Lane is a cozy place that provides plenty of space to live. There is a lot of back yard space for sitting on the patio, installing a pool, letting dogs run in the back yard, and especially room for children to play. The master bedroom provides lots of space for a king size bed and big desk, with a convenient full bath in the room and a large walk in closet with shelves. The other two bedrooms both have good sized closets with shelf space. The kitchen is quite large with the counter tops to cook and bake and still have plenty of room left over! There are many cabinets and pull out drawers, with two lazy susans, to store a large collection of dishes, canned goods, and pantry foods. There are two storage closets, one with a top shelf and rack for hangers, and the other with shelves. The living room is very large, providing plenty of space for multiple couches, a recliner, and bookshelves if wanted. The carpets are not new, so if you would like, we are willing to take them out for you at no cost! There are plenty of large trees in the neighborhood for a pleasant view and lots of shade. All of our neighbors have been wonderful and welcoming, taking great care of their yards. There is no HOA so no need to worry about any HOA fees or pesky rules and fines! We are selling the house as is, and will not be making any improvements to the house, but we can negotiate the price slightly to help you if you want to make any improvements to the house yourself. Come check out the home we have loved for many years, we know you will love it too! Please contact us to come inside and see the house.
What the owner loves about this home
We love how much space this home has provided for us to decorate and store our things to our hearts' desires. In our previous house, all of our stuff being displayed and stored looked like clutter. At 1176 Robin Hood Lane, we displayed and stored everything we brought and there was still plenty of room to spare and continue decorating and storing! The space has also provided us with a roomy feeling to live in. The appliances in the house have never failed us. The house cools down and heats up very easily. In addition, our water heater seems to go forever! I am able to take a bath, drain it, and refill it and still have hot water. We have especially loved the yard for our dogs. It's even longer than it is wide and we are able to throw them a ball or frisbee far so they can run as fast as they can with no restrictions. The patio is also very large with an overhang, so you can still sit outside when it's raining and enjoy the weather on all your patio furniture. We also love how nice the neighborhood is. It's extremely safe, beautiful with beautiful houses, and 7-11 is right down the block for convenient gas and snacks. There are lots of trees to provide shade while you go on a walk on the sidewalks, whether that's just yourselves or with your dogs. There are great schools nearby; Mckinley Elementary (one of the best schools in Norman!), Alcott Middle School, and Norman High school, which are all highly regarded. OU campus is nearby and the Loyd Noble Center and the new softball arena is right down the road! The new four way stop sign at the neighborhood entrance makes it easy to get in and out while also preventing traffic build up during OU games. Plenty of restaurants in the area to eat at that are close enough that you can bring it home and your food is still hot. We love this place!
