Hey! I am subleasing my bedroom in a 4/2 apartment in The Pointe At Central. Rent is usually $495 per month but I am willing to cover 50$ of that rent per month making it only $445 INCLUDING UTILITIES! I am also willing to cover the $51 application fee! My building is also directly across from the clubhouse (gym, pool tables, ping pong tables, pool, hottub, tennis courts, mailboxes, guest parking, etc.) making it the best location to live in the entire neighborhood! My 3 roommates are also very clean, easy to get a long with, and laid back. Having these roommates has made my experience living at the Pointe much more enjoyable. There is also a shuttles that runs to the UCF campus every 15 minutes on monday-friday making transportation to class stress free. I am looking for someone to take over as early as May 1st.
