Cozy little vacation cottage. It was last sold at auction for 20k because of the destruction that the police did when they raided it and were looking for drugs from the previous owner. It costs every homeowner $100.00/yr for the road to be graded to be made driveable. It is not plowed in the winter as it is a one lane road. It is quiet and private and the neighbors are very friendly but not nosey.
