3 years ago we renewed the exterior with vinyl siding and painted exterior also replaced the sewer line. Garage is a conversion.. and on September 25th 2019 we added a 10x 12 tuff shed to the backyard with double doors and 2 lofts inside shed also the shed floor is extremely strong you can actually park a small vehicle inside if you needed to I paid extra for it.
