Absolutely an adorable home for anyone. Traveling professionals this house offers you the peace you seek after traveling for work. Freshly painted, new stainless steel appliances, (new countertop coming soon) lovely back and front yard with storage shed for your use, off-street parking, fenced-in yard, centrally located near all shopping, places of worship, schools, hospital, restaurants, etc. Part of the home which is closed off from each other is occupied by owners when they come to visit which means that you will have to share only when they arrive, the utilities which they will pay their portion of use to you. Sounds more complicated than it is but I like to be transparent and upfront. Tenants pay all utilities and will be paid a portion via owners dependent upon usage. Cable, etc. are the responsibility of the tenant, mowing the yard and keeping it managed is the responsibility of the tenant. Smoking only on the outside, sorry NO PETS. 1 year lease will consider 6 months for traveling professional. Application fee for background and credit applies for couples $150 for single unwed couples $75.00 per adult, single person $65.00 all non-refundable.
