I love this place! LESS THAN 2 MILES FROM TOWN!! Absolutely gorgeous piece of property! I can picture a nice home sitting in the midst of mature trees overlooking the creek and the view of the lights of Rolla at night. The convenience and pleasure of living in a great neighborhood community but having your own private spot.
