Being sold "as is". One acre single story house approximately 1400 sq ft ranch located in the country two miles south of Momence Illinois. The house, garage and property needs some work before move in but would be a good investment. Possibly a hobby farm or an additional building could be built on the property. The house does new 200 amp electrical service. I believe the house was rehabbed in 2016 with new windows, drywall, electrical, siding and roofing. This is a good investment property or handyman project. This is not a rent to own, a rental and owner will not finance purchase.
