Hello! I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment in Eden Prairie. Here are the basics: -$675 a month includes detached garage (could be less if you don't want a garage), water, garbage -You have your own bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet -2nd story apartment and no one above -building is cat and dog friendly. dogs require a pet deposit. Not opposed to pets, but would like to talk about that first. -must fill out application to be accepted by Eden Commons (so no evictions, felonies, or big credit issues) -12 month lease required -Utilities are usually around $100 a month (xcel, centerpoint, and cable/internet) About me - I am 34 year old female professional. I work full time M-F and also part time as a server 3-4 nights a week. I am usually home a couple nights a week. I enjoy all sports and love to play golf. About you - You should be between 28 and 26 (preferably). Employed full time. I do not care if you are male or female, as long as you are responsible. You must clean up after yourself. I am not a neat freak by any means, but expect you to be courteous in common areas. No drugs in the house whatsoever. This is a non-smoking unit as well. I don't care what you do with your time away from home, but you must respect those two things. Drinking is fine, and of course having company over is more than ok. This is going to be your home too! I just don't tolerate drugs in the house. This is a great apartment with lots of space. Most people that come over say they really like it a lot. There is a great balcony that faces the south, so we have the warm afternoon sunshine. There is also a pool, work out facility, and tanning bed in the community. This community is right in heart of Eden Prairie. We are right behind the library, the mall is about a 2 block walk, and there are tons of walking trails.
