Up for rent is my own fantastic apartment that I've lived at for five years. I have decided to move out of the city for a year or longer and am looking to find someone who will fall in love with it as much as I have. Located steps from the E and F line, as well as being attached to a private garage where a space can be provided (for additional parking fee) this amazing Forest Hills Co-op has it all. A STAFF OF INCREDIBLY ATTENTIVE DOORMEN AND PORTERS ROOF DECK GARDEN W/ BBQ'S GYM/MEDIA ROOM (temporarily closed) The building is situated in between Burns and Austin street which are both lovely walks and lead to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores and shops. You also have the option of Queens Blvd for closer grocery and drug store options. But enough about my awesome building let's talk about my SUPER awesome apartment. What do you get? First off my apartment comes fully furnished featuring a bedroom with a California King Ghost Bed, two storage drawers in the bed, and another six large dresser drawers, plus two nightstands with two drawers each as well as a HUGE bedroom closet with ample space for clothing. The living room features an incredibly comfortable sectional couch, west elm coffee table and side table, and a large computer desk and chair. Both rooms have 50" flatscreen smart tv's (LG and SAMSUNG). The living space and bedroom are both massive. Kitchen features a stainless steel fridge, white DISHWASHER, and white and black stove. There are numerous lamps and overhead lighting capable of color changes with a Philips hue bridge but the apartment itself gets fantastic light during the day. It is located on the 2nd floor of a twenty one story building, which makes it extremely easy to walk up one flight of stairs instead of taking the elevator, especially if you want to avoid elevators for the current moment. I cannot say enough good things about the building or the apartment. It has a wonderful community of people, extremely helpful staff, very easy approval, and is overall just a truly wonderful place to live.
