Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking/lease are allowed to stay overnight at the house. No smoking: This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. No parties, events, or any illegal activity. Quiet hours: Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Cleanliness: Please treat this like your own home! Checkout: Guests should complete checkout by the designated checkout time. Please make sure lights are off and doors are locked when you leave. Pickup after pets: Please pickup after your pets. There will be an additional $50 fee if our staff cleans up after them.
