Recently renewed Apt first floor one bedroom. No central heating instead having baseboard heating and blue flame heater. Shared yard space and work. No off street parking. Right by the Saint Paul school and Monroe hotel. Landlord pays for garbage. pets allowed but no exotic violent or messy pets. I will be purchasing a new refrigerator when tenant found.
