Apartment E is upstairs and offers a large private deck and updated large shower. This unit has been our most popular and first time available in almost 5 years. We are located in the historic neighborhood of Ivywild, we are near downtown, and easily accessible to I-25. There are many restaurants and grocers around us as well. We know it's not always possible to know exactly when you will need to leave. We are very flexible with extensions (as long as there is availability) and no penalty early departures (first 30 days are non refundable).
