The outside has a back and side porch, fire pit area, and a detached garage and outside parking. The backyard is fenced in! The owner of the property does not live on site. Renter is responsible for all utilities, gas, electric, water, and sewer. Pets are allowed, there is a $50 a month fee per pet. There is a maximum of 2 dogs and 2 cats allowed on the property. The lease will start as a 6 month lease and go month to month afterwards. No smoking allowed inside. The yard maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant. If the tenant fails to keep up the yard, they will be charged the fees of regular yard maintenance. There will be quarterly house inspections to make sure everything is up to code and clean. If an inside cleaner is required after an inspection, the fees for cleaning will be charged to the tenant. There is parking on the premise, please use the driveway to park.
