As you walk in, you're greeted by an open studio space featuring hardwood flooring, calming blue bedding, a beautiful wooden headboard, a plush sitting area, and more. BATH- Outside of the bath area, you will find a floor mirror, makeup table, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, and other amenities for your convenience. The old-fashioned tub is deep with high sides and allows you to take a relaxing, comfortable bath and shower. KITCHEN- The retro-style kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas stove, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, cooking tools, bowls, cups, mugs, a microwave, a coffee machine, and an energy-efficient refrigerator. It also boasts a dining area with a table and 2 chairs. Landlord pays for water, cable, and high-speed internet. Tenant pays for gas and electricity. Units come fully furnished with brand new furniture and kitchen equipment. Cats are ok, strictly no dogs. You can choose between a 6-month and 12-month lease. The application fee is $80 and is non-refundable as it covers the required background check. First month and deposit are due at signing. Strictly no smoking in the building; there are designated smoking areas outside. Off-street parking and on-site washer and dryer included. The tenant must strictly adhere to quiet hours between 10 pm and 9 am daily for the consideration of other tenants and guests. An added housekeeping service is available on an optional basis for a flat monthly fee.
