There are steps which lead from the front walk to the front door and from the garage into the home. Minimum lease term required is 12 months. Owner will consider a small dog or medium size dog (less than 50lbs). Large dogs and cats are not permitted. Owner approval of pet is required. ALL prospective tenants must complete our third-party pet screening and review processes. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal related policy acknowledgments and accurate pet/animal records. The fee to screen a household pet is $25. This is a separate charge from the rental application fee. There is no charge for those with assistance animals or for tenants without a pet (you will select this information on the screening profile and provide any requested documentation). Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the rent, utilities and the pest control at the property. The refrigerator is the personal property of the Owner. Repair or replacement of this appliance will be up to the Owner and is not guaranteed. Tenants will be responsible for providing their own washer and dryer during a lease term. The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing.
