Shed available for additional storage Garage is off-limits, but there is plenty of parking in driveway for 3 vehicles. All utilities to be the responsibility of the tenant This will be a 6-month contract, with the option to extend on a month-to-month basis. Move-in date is July 13th 2022. Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, etc. Rent duration is 6 months, with the option to extend on a month-to-month basis for up to 14 months, dependent upon both renter and owner. All regular maintenance and upkeep (lawns, snow removal, etc) to be the responsibility of the renter. Renter pays all utilities. Pets require an additional $500 deposit and a $20 a month fee.
