A modern building with covered off street parking in downtown Rapid City! 118 Main street was remodeled into apartments in 2020, has the look as feel of a new building. Unit 9 is the only unit on the 2nd floor, windows on east/west/south walls. Washer and dryer in unit. Rent includes everything but the electric and internet/cable. Each bedroom is a suite with a full bath and walk in closet. There is a 1/2 bath in the living area. Location is under a mile to the School of Mines and about 2 miles to Monument Health. Walk to everything downtown, easy access to the bike path. Armadillos Ice Cream next door and Pure Bean Coffee across the street. My wife and I own and manage the building. We don't live on site but close by, and I am there almost everyday. Tenant is responsible for electricity, I would budget $100 per month. Building consists of long term tenants and furnished vacation rentals. Feel free to check my reviews on Airbnb. We do not allow pets. Nothing against them, I love my dogs, but there just isn't enough space or outdoor area for them. No smoking or vaping in the apartment or on the property, even outside. 2 covered off street parking spots included. Vehicles must be approved and described in the lease. Parking is always available on Main Street.
