Many tenants have used this room for a bedroom. Neutral carpeting in this charming room. Another great thing - there is a free laundry and a bit of extra storage in the basement, share with one other tenant, has its own separate entrance in back. This is sort of a studio on steroids! The block and location could not be finer - walk to a plethora of restaurants, tea houses, coffee and ice cream shops, great bistros - all within walking distance. Could be the most walkable, interesting, artsy neighborhood in Denver! We are a Mom and Pop rental outfit, and this is where we got started 39 years ago, so this property holds a very special place in our hearts. Over the years, we have been privileged to have dozens of Peace Corps and Americorps alumni in our places - how fortunate is that? Very quiet building, outstanding neighbors all round. No smoking, small quiet pet considered with $25.00 pet rent. If you are ready to live without roommates in a sunny, cheerful, renovated apartment, this could be just the place for you! Heat is included in the rent, as is water, and lawn care. Electric is separately metered, and is the responsibility of tenant. Window AC unit provided.
