Hardwood floors. The landlords are absolutely fantastic to work with!! Tenant only pays electricity and gas. If you don't want to pay for your own internet, you can use the downtown IC free wifi! Any pets welcome. Right in the ped mall, so you are close to everything, but the building is well sound-proofed so you never hear any crazy noise on the weekends. Parking garage spot available if is available ASAP. The rent is $965 per month because of the quality of the building, but as we are trying to get this place subleased as soon as possible, we are willing to negotiate price down to 850.
