Great little house. Has new carpet and new furnace. Tenants pay all utilities. For utility information please contact AES for electric, Center Point for gas and City of Troy for water. We allow 1 cat or 1 dog. The dog must be 30lb or less and can not be an aggressive bread. You can contact Miami county animal shelter for list of aggressive breads.
