You can grill dinner on the gas grill and sit in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit at night. The front yard has views of Lake Michigan. PARKING There is an attached one stall garage and a second car can be parked in the driveway or, as available, in the street in front of the home. LOCATION This home is a block away from Kids Park and 1 blocks from the blue staircase down to the beach. Access to the Van Buren bike trail is nearby. Kids Park is recently remodeled with new playground equipment. In the evening you can sit in benches at the park and watch a beautiful Lake Michigan sunset. Owner pays for all utilities, renter handles any snow removal needed. Lease available starting October 1st 2025 and end April 30th 2026
