Laundry is in the basement, and there is some storage space. You'd be living with 2 other folks - one male, one female, and 2 cats. We're at the limit on pets, so no additional furry friends. We're both quiet, and generally keep to ourselves, but friendly and easy-going. Both are professionals, neither is especially young. Lease is 6/1, but move in could be earlier.
